ImmigrationDoor Inc. (previously known as InspiCan PersiCana Immigration Services Inc.) is a federally incorporated business in Canada under number 795702323, and a foreign placement agency licensed under Quebec licensing number AR-2404071 and its founder is a member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) with RCIC-IRB number R516217. We provide comprehensive immigration consulting services as well as employment recruitment services. In accordance with subsection 2(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, we adhere strictly to the rules regarding potential conflicts of interest. We ensure that:

  • All services provided are clearly outlined in the service agreement, specifying whether they involve immigration consulting, employment recruitment, or both.
  • There is no obligation for clients to receive both types of services from us; clients are free to choose services individually based on their needs.
  • Informed consent is obtained in writing from clients who opt to receive both immigration consulting and employment recruitment services, in accordance with section 17(3) of the Code.
  • We disclose any fees received from employers for recruitment services and ensure that clients are not charged for these recruitment efforts directly or indirectly.

We commit to transparency, honesty, and integrity, providing clients with detailed information about the terms of employment and educational opportunities, ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation.

  1. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Use our services only for lawful purposes.
  • Refrain from sharing your account details with others.
  • Notify immediately if we suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
  1. Fees and Payments

Our fees for services are communicated to clients directly. Payments are due at the time of service, and failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ImmigrationDoor Inc. and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express permission.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the services.

  1. Termination

  1. Conflict of Interest and Dual Service

In situations where ImmigrationDoor Inc. provides both immigration consulting and employment or student recruitment services:

  • We will clearly explain to clients that receiving both services from us is not mandatory and that they are free to choose services separately.
  • Before providing dual services, we will obtain written, informed consent from clients, ensuring they understand the distinct nature of the services and any fees involved.
  • We will provide clients with separate agreements for immigration consulting services and recruitment services, clearly distinguishing between the two.
  • We adhere to all regulations that prohibit direct or indirect charges to clients for recruitment services and fully disclose any compensation received from educational institutions or employers.
  • We ensure clients receive detailed and accurate information about their employment or educational opportunities before they commence their roles, including contracts, job descriptions, and conditions.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Quebec, Canada without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

  1. Regulatory Compliance and Transparency

As a licensed entity, ImmigrationDoor Inc. adheres to both federal and provincial legislation. Our commitment extends to full compliance with all legal requirements for both immigration consultancy and employment recruitment services. This includes, but is not limited to, maintaining a transparent process by providing all clients with necessary information that affects their decisions and their rights under Canadian law.
